Final Say Dispatch is currently selecting its founding carrier pilot.

You approve
every load

Carrier-directed dispatch support for owner-operators and small fleets. We help search, compare, negotiate, coordinate, and document the work while you keep final approval before anything is booked.

Working freight. Real roads. Your decision.

No forced dispatch

Carrier approval before booking

One-truck pilot

Transparent operating records

Dispatch support built around the decision.

The work is broader than finding a posted rate. We help organize the facts, communication, and records that surround each approved move.

01

Load search and comparison

Freight options reviewed against your equipment, preferences, schedule, and starting position.

02

All-mile economic review

Loaded miles, deadhead, repositioning, timing, and destination outlook belong in the same decision.

03

Rate and term negotiation

Rate, appointment terms, and eligible accessorial expectations are discussed before an option reaches you.

04

Broker and schedule communication

Pickup details, delivery windows, updates, and agreed communication stay organized around the approved move.

05

Rate confirmations and paperwork

Rate confirmations and operating documents are kept together so the load record is clear.

06

Status and accessorial follow-up

Approved-move status, detention, layover, TONU, and other eligible items receive documented follow-up.

07

Weekly operating visibility

A clear weekly view of completed work, fee-bearing revenue, miles, and activity supports the next decision.

We do the dispatch work. You keep control of the truck.

We bring the options. You make the call.

Four clear stages keep the carrier decision visible from the start.

01

Set the dispatch plan

Truck location, equipment, lanes, hours, home time, and non-negotiables define the search.

02

Compare freight options

Available freight is checked against all-mile economics, timing, terms, and what the destination may offer next.

03

Carrier approves or passes

You receive the relevant facts and keep the final yes-or-no decision before booking.

04

Coordinate, document, and report

We support the approved move, keep the records organized, and close the week with clear visibility.

Walk through the operating process

Prove the service on one truck.

Start with one truck. Owner-operators and small fleets with 1–3 trucks are welcome. We begin the 30-day pilot with one truck so both sides can see how the working relationship fits before expanding.

Applications are reviewed for operating fit. Submitting one does not guarantee acceptance.

Best fit

  • Owner-operators and one-to-three-truck fleets
  • Active interstate operating authority
  • Owner currently dispatching or dissatisfied with current support
  • Willingness to share operating data needed for transparent reporting
  • Wants operational help without surrendering control

Not a fit for this pilot

  • Requests for guaranteed rates or revenue
  • Expectation that loads will be booked without carrier approval
  • Requests for brokerage or direct shipper representation

Straight answers before you hand over any work.

Do you book a load without my approval?

No. Final Say Dispatch does not book a load until the carrier approves the specific option.

Are you a freight broker?

No. Final Say Dispatch provides carrier-directed dispatch and load-management support. It does not hold itself out as a freight broker or represent shippers under this pilot.

Do you guarantee a weekly gross or rate?

No. Rates, freight availability, expenses, schedules, and market conditions vary. The service does not guarantee rates, revenue, gross, profit, or load volume.

What does the 5% pilot fee cover?

The proposed pilot fee covers the dispatch and load-management work described for the pilot. It is calculated on linehaul and earned accessorial revenue negotiated by the service. Fuel surcharge and pass-through reimbursements are excluded.

What information is needed to evaluate fit?

We ask about operating authority, truck count, equipment, preferred lanes and schedule, current dispatch arrangement, and the dispatch problem you want to solve. We do not ask for passwords, banking details, or load-board credentials on this site.

What happens after the 30-day pilot?

The pilot does not automatically renew. If we both want to continue, we’ll agree on the ongoing service and pricing before the pilot ends.

Keep control. Hand off the workload.
