Freight availability, rates, expenses, schedules, market conditions, and operating results vary. Final Say Dispatch does not guarantee any rate, revenue, weekly gross, profit, load volume, broker approval, or other result through this website or the proposed pilot.
Founding carrier pilot
The website describes proposed pilot terms for fit evaluation. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Final scope, fee calculation, responsibilities, approval process, termination rights, and other operating terms must be documented in a carrier-dispatch agreement signed by the participating parties.
Appropriate website use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading information, or use the pilot form to send passwords, private credentials, financial information, malware, or automated spam.
