Options in. Carrier decision out

The operating process is designed around one non-negotiable checkpoint: the carrier keeps the final decision before any load is booked.

01

Set the dispatch plan

We start with the facts that shape a useful search: where the truck is, what it can haul, when it is available, where the carrier wants to run, and what is off limits.

Carrier defines the plan and non-negotiables.

02

Compare freight options

Potential freight is checked against loaded miles, deadhead, timing, terms, destination, and the likely operating effect of the move—not only the posted rate.

Options are narrowed before they reach the carrier.

03

Carrier approves or passes

We present the relevant option and negotiated terms. The carrier decides whether to approve or pass. No specific load is booked without that approval.

Your yes is required before booking.

04

Coordinate, document, and report

For an approved move, we support the agreed communication, organize the rate confirmation and operating documents, follow eligible accessorial items, and keep the weekly record clear.

The approved work closes with a visible record.

Carrier approves or passes

Coordination begins only after approval.

Direct communication, without forced dispatch.

A carrier can approve one option and pass on the next. The dispatch plan guides the search, but it never replaces the carrier’s specific decision.

Before booking
Rate, lane, miles, timing, terms, and known requirements are presented for a decision.

During the move
Agreed communication and documents are organized around the approved load.

After delivery
Records and open follow-up items remain visible for the weekly review.

Keep control. Hand off the workload.
