Final Say Dispatch is operated by AplyBot LLC. This notice describes the website pilot-inquiry flow, not a separate service contract or document-collection service.
Information you choose to provide
If you submit the founding carrier pilot application, the site may collect the carrier or company name, contact name, phone number, email, USDOT or MC number, truck count, equipment type, current dispatch arrangement category, a brief dispatch-problem summary, preferred callback time, and your consent to be contacted. The delivered inquiry also records a server receipt timestamp and this notice version. Pilot contact consent does not sign a service contract, authorize ACH or other debits, authorize tax-document sharing, or consent to marketing.
Do not enter SSNs or EINs, attach a W-9, or send passwords, banking details, bank credentials, insurance-login credentials, payment information, private access tokens, or load-board credentials through website forms, ordinary email, or text.
Form screening and delivery
The form checks for recognizable tax IDs, financial identifiers, and credential labels and rejects detected entries before email delivery. These checks cannot detect every sensitive detail. Share only a brief operating summary; discuss further details during the fit conversation.
Successful inquiries are sent as plain-text email to dispatch@jahratcarter.com through the configured email-delivery service. The application does not save submissions to a website database or document vault. Detected sensitive entries and attachments are rejected before email delivery; the application does not log their raw contents. Provider request or delivery logs may be handled separately.
Later W-9 collection
A W-9 contains a tax ID (SSN or EIN) and may be needed later for carrier/broker setup or applicable tax reporting. We will explain the specific purpose, reuse a current W-9 already received, and request a copy only if needed and missing or outdated. We do not request a separate EIN. Before any W-9 is shared, a secure document handoff must be confirmed separately. Do not send a W-9 or tax ID through website forms, ordinary email, or text.
Technical and abuse-prevention information
The hosting and form-protection systems may process limited request information such as IP address, browser or device information, request timing, and a Cloudflare Turnstile verification token. This information is used to deliver the site, validate submissions, and reduce automated abuse.

Service providers and disclosure
Cloudflare hosts the website and supplies its form-protection and email-delivery services. Inquiry email is handled by the recipient mailbox provider. Those providers may process request, verification, delivery, and mailbox information under their own service terms and settings. The website application code does not sell submitted information or include behavioral advertising or third-party analytics trackers.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transition subject to appropriate protections.
Retention and security
Delivered inquiries are held in the recipient mailbox and may be included in its provider records, synchronized devices, or backups. This website does not enforce an automatic retention period or deletion schedule. Requests and retention decisions require manual review, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements; this notice does not promise immediate removal from every provider system or backup.
The site uses HTTPS, server-side validation, a configured rate limiter, and Turnstile verification before normal delivery. These controls do not verify a carrier’s identity or guarantee confidentiality. Mailbox access, provider retention, and any later document handoff require separate operational controls.
Your choices
You may contact us to request correction or deletion of inquiry information or to stop further pilot contact. These requests require manual review; the website has no self-service correction, deletion, or withdrawal tool. We may need to verify your connection to the inquiry and determine applicable recordkeeping needs. Do not include a tax ID or attach sensitive documents when making the request.
