If you submit the founding carrier pilot application, the site may collect the carrier or company name, contact name, phone number, email, USDOT or MC number, truck count, equipment type, current dispatch arrangement, dispatch problem, preferred callback time, and your consent to be contacted.
Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, banking details, insurance-login credentials, load-board credentials, payment information, or private access tokens through this website.
Technical and abuse-prevention information
The hosting and form-protection systems may process limited request information such as IP address, browser or device information, request timing, and a Cloudflare Turnstile verification token. This information is used to deliver the site, validate submissions, and reduce automated abuse.
