Clear answers before you hand off the work
Review carrier approval, service scope, founding-pilot fees, fit, guarantees, paperwork, and operator identity in one place.
These answers describe the current founding carrier pilot. Written pilot terms control.
Will Final Say Dispatch book a load without my approval?
No. The carrier must approve the specific load before booking. You can approve or pass, and Final Say Dispatch does not use forced dispatch.
What dispatch work can you handle?
The service can support load search and comparison, all-mile economic review, rate and term negotiation, broker and schedule communication, rate-confirmation and operating-document organization, eligible accessorial follow-up, and weekly operating visibility.
Are you a freight broker?
No. Final Say Dispatch provides carrier-directed dispatch and load-management support. It does not hold itself out as a freight broker or represent shippers under the founding pilot.
Who is the founding carrier pilot for?
The pilot is designed for owner-operators and small interstate fleets with 1–3 trucks that want operational help without surrendering control. Active operating authority and a practical service fit are part of the review.
What are the pilot terms?
The founding pilot lasts 30 days from the Activation Date and starts with one truck. It has a $0 setup fee and no long-term commitment. The dispatch fee is 5% of Qualifying Linehaul for each load the service sources or materially negotiates, the carrier approves and the carrier or its driver performs.
What is excluded from the 5% fee?
Qualifying Linehaul excludes separately stated fuel surcharge and documented pass-through reimbursements. Detention, layover, truck-order-not-used and other accessorial amounts are excluded unless the parties expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Do you guarantee rates, revenue, or loads?
No. Freight availability and economics vary. Final Say Dispatch does not guarantee rates, revenue, weekly gross, profit, freight availability, or load volume.
What happens after the 30-day pilot?
After the 30-day pilot, the agreement continues month to month unless either party ends it by written notice. Either party may end the relationship at any time. On receipt of the termination notice under the agreement, authority to make new bookings and the exclusivity obligation end. Final accounting and payment do not delay termination.
What information does the application request?
The application asks for non-sensitive operating context such as carrier identity, contact details, public authority number, truck count, equipment, dispatch arrangement, and the main problem to solve. Do not enter SSNs or EINs, attach a W-9, or send passwords, banking details, bank credentials, insurance-login credentials, payment information, private access tokens, or load-board credentials through website forms, ordinary email, or text.
Will you ask for a W-9 or a separate EIN?
A W-9 contains a tax ID (SSN or EIN) and may be needed later for carrier/broker setup or applicable tax reporting. We will explain the specific purpose, reuse a current W-9 already received, and request a copy only if needed and missing or outdated. We do not request a separate EIN. Before any W-9 is shared, a secure document handoff must be confirmed separately. Do not send a W-9 or tax ID through website forms, ordinary email, or text.
Who operates Final Say Dispatch?
